Overview:

60 Holborn Viaduct is located between the West End and the City and provides 20,000sqm of energy efficient office and retail space over nine levels.

In order to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ the building has been designed with a number of features, including solar hot water, low nitrogen oxide boilers and lighting control systems.

Severfield provided the connection design, fabrication and 90-minute fire protection coating for 2,200 tonnes of structural steel for this project. Our in-house erection team was responsible for the safe supply and erection of this steelwork on site.

Other services provided were the supply and fixing of metal decking, edge protection and pre-cast concrete throughout.
