The Place offers 40,000 sqm of modern office space over 17 storeys and has been designed and built with the consideration of sustainability at every stage resulting in 60% less carbon emissions than a typical office of this size.
Severfield provided the fabrication for approximately 5,650 tonnes of structural steelwork incorporated into the structure. The group'?s in-house steel erection company was responsible for the safe erection of steelwork on site.
