Sam joined Severfield in March 2020 having been group people director at Drax Group and group head of HR at Croda International (both listed companies).

She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (‘CIPD’), is passionate about helping people realise their full potential and is ideally suited to lead our people strategy, talent development and workforce engagement initiatives.
