Cynthia is Chair of the Company’s Remuneration Committee. She is also a non-executive director of Cellnex Telecom SA, Airtel Africa plc and Global Fashion Group, and serves as a senior advisor to Tillman Global Holdings.

She will step down as a non-executive director and remuneration committee chair of Bodycote plc in September 2026. Previously, Cynthia held senior executive roles with Millicom, Ooredoo and Orange, including CEO of Millicom Africa and Group Commercial Director at Ooredoo.

She brings extensive international strategic, commercial and operational leadership experience, together with significant non-executive and remuneration committee expertise.
