Terry Fitzmaurice is an experienced commercial and procurement leader with a strong background in contract management and business operations. He has held senior leadership positions across major organisations, bringing expertise in procurement, commercial strategy and delivering business value.

Before joining Severfield, Terry was Group Procurement and Contracts Director at Manchester Airports Group, having previously held a senior role at Mitie. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in procurement, contracts and commercial management.

Terry is focused on maximising opportunities, driving commercial performance and ensuring a disciplined approach to how businesses operate. He brings a strong understanding of procurement and commercial strategy, with an emphasis on creating value and supporting long-term business success.

At Severfield, Terry serves as Chief Commercial Officer and is a member of the Executive Committee, reporting to the CEO. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, he leads the approach across Procurement, Commercial and Estimating, helping to maximise opportunities and ensure the business operates with exceptional commercial discipline.
