Richard Davies joined Severfield (Design & Build) Ltd, formerly Atlas Ward Structures, in 1997 as an Apprentice Plater Welder, which provided valuable experience and insight into key production activities. He moved into IT Support in 1999 and went on to perform various roles within IT, until his appointment as Group IT Director in January 2016.

Within this role, Richard is responsible for all aspects of IT across the Severfield group.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the construction sector, Richard has been involved in the successful delivery of many innovative IT projects.
