Severfield’s contribution to the Nuclear Sector: The Sellafield SRP Project
At Severfield, we are not just building structures; we're also shaping the future of the nuclear sector.
ProjectsWe transported four structural steel bridge sections from Lostock to the A629 Salterhebble Bridge project in Halifax. Each steelwork section measured 48 metres long, 1.35 metres high, and weighed an impressive 56 tonnes!
We caught up with Andrew Smedley, Christopher Wowk, and Paul Hardy on the final week of transportation and captured some impressive video footage of our teams working on the project. Take a look at the video below.
