The new occupants will be able to enjoy extensive views of the city and the nearby Nottingham Castle from the terrace along the north elevation of the tenth floor. The provision of this ultra-modern, ten storey office buildingwill serve as a catalyst for regeneration in the Southside area of Nottingham.
Severfield provided the connection design, fabrication, and on site construction of the 2,700 tonnes hot rolled structural steelwork and metal decking at each level. This project was unique due to its structural steel core in lieu of concrete, as what a traditional building of this nature may have.
The construction of the project was a huge success with minimal issues during erection and with excellent collaboration amongst all project partners from an early stage, meant the project was successfully completed safely and on schedule.
